Events in Jaipur
Jaipur is a destination-event city: weddings, corporate offsites, MICE groups and festivals, plus trade shows at JECC. Hospitality crew and ushers are the most requested roles.
Venues we prepare crew for
- Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC, Sitapura)
- Sawai Mansingh Stadium
- heritage hotels and palace venues
- World Trade Park
Plan around the calendar
October to March is peak: the literature festival, destination weddings, corporate offsites at heritage hotels and expos at JECC. Summer is very hot and quieter.
Logistics
Jaipur Metro covers a short east-west stretch; most venues need an auto, cab or two-wheeler.

Questions from brands in Jaipur
How early should we book event staff in Jaipur?
As early as you can share a date and venue. Peak periods fill first. October to March is peak: the literature festival, destination weddings, corporate offsites at heritage hotels and expos at JECC. Send your brief and we confirm availability for each role.
Can you provide crew who speak the local language in Jaipur?
Yes. Tell us the language in your brief. In Jaipur the useful ones are Hindi and English; Rajasthani helps with local crowds.
How do you check attendance?
Crew check in and out in the Lastrope Crew app with a live selfie and GPS location at the venue (or an event PIN from the supervisor). Your team sees attendance in the client dashboard and approves it.
Who pays the crew?
Lastrope pays every crew member directly to their verified bank account. You deal with Lastrope, not with individual crew, and there is no cash handling on site.
What do we see about the crew?
You see each person's name, photo, role and attendance for your events. Their ID, bank and phone details stay with Lastrope.
Do you also staff events outside Jaipur?
Yes. Lastrope works across India; nearby markets include Delhi, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh.
