Events in Bengaluru
Bengaluru is India's tech-event capital: developer conferences, product launches, campus hiring drives and premium activations in Indiranagar and Koramangala. Crew who can handle check-in software and English-speaking crowds are the standard here.
Venues we prepare crew for
- Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC)
- Palace Grounds
- KTPO (Whitefield)
- M. Chinnaswamy Stadium
- Phoenix Marketcity (Whitefield)
- tech parks on Outer Ring Road
Plan around the calendar
Mild weather means events run all year. Tech conferences and product launches peak from August to March; Palace Grounds hosts concerts and expos most months.
Logistics
Namma Metro's Purple and Green lines cover the centre and Whitefield. BIEC is next to Madavara station on the Green Line. Allow extra time for ORR and Silk Board traffic.

Questions from brands in Bengaluru
How early should we book event staff in Bengaluru?
As early as you can share a date and venue. Peak periods fill first. Mild weather means events run all year. Send your brief and we confirm availability for each role.
Can you provide crew who speak the local language in Bengaluru?
Yes. Tell us the language in your brief. In Bengaluru the useful ones are Kannada and English; Hindi is widely understood.
How do you check attendance?
Crew check in and out in the Lastrope Crew app with a live selfie and GPS location at the venue (or an event PIN from the supervisor). Your team sees attendance in the client dashboard and approves it.
Who pays the crew?
Lastrope pays every crew member directly to their verified bank account. You deal with Lastrope, not with individual crew, and there is no cash handling on site.
What do we see about the crew?
You see each person's name, photo, role and attendance for your events. Their ID, bank and phone details stay with Lastrope.
Do you also staff events outside Bengaluru?
Yes. Lastrope works across India; nearby markets include Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi.
