Event work in Gurugram

Where events happen

Events in Gurugram often run at venues like:

  • DLF CyberHub
  • Leisure Valley Park
  • Ambience Mall
  • hotels along Golf Course Road and NH-48
  • corporate campuses in Cyber City and Udyog Vihar

Common areas for shifts: Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Udyog Vihar and Sector 29.

When the work is

Corporate offsites, product launches and office engagement days run all year. October to March adds weekend concerts, food festivals and mall activations.

Getting there

Rapid Metro loops through Cyber City and connects to the Yellow Line at Sikanderpur. Many venues on Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension are far from the metro, so plan an auto or cab for the last stretch.

Tip for Gurugram crew: A lot of Gurugram work is inside offices and hotels: product demos, employee engagement days, registration desks at conferences. Clear spoken English and a neat formal look get you shortlisted faster here than anywhere else in NCR.
